In March 2008 we began the reconstruction of the Mini Marts. The idea is to create a shelter for our Petty Traders during the rainy season. This will be an opportunity for them to generate more business and more income even during the rainy season. More income means more money in their pockets to provide their families their basic needs including paying of their children school fees. | Mr. P. Richards one of our directors, is demonstrating his ability to one of our internes on the electronic cutting machine. Thanks to his vast technical know how.... |
| Every Mini Mart has an entrance to the main street to attract more pedestran clients and also an inside entrance to receive customers in the court yard. | This is Madam Victoria in her typical street vending scene. Her food is exposed to the dust and constant vehicular traffic and polution. .She will be one of the first street sellers to move in to sell her food in a more hygenic environment. Madam Victoria is a very ambitious lady with one young adult that she can now look after in school due to our program. .She sells barbecue pork & soup in addition to grilled tilapia fish and soup with Banku which is a favourite Ghanaian dish worth trying by all. |
